Well, folks, here it is, this is an idea of how the menacing snake lord, Megazarak does look!
Now, it's obvious that this character is inspired by Universe's Megazarak, so his color pattern shold be the same, his alternate mode is the Jormungand serpent, a gigantic python that's black with red stripes across its body.
If some fixes can be made in order to make this design more possible, I'll do'em, it's just that I put the concept I had in my head in the paper ^_^

It looks more like a dragon than a gargoyle. But it's still cool looking.

Here's a sketch I made a couple of days ago (Though its proportions suck, Snakes have their heads wider in the jaw joints, but I wasn't looking at a book when I did this one xD, and it was made like in five minutes xDDD), I'm planning to take out the scale armor as well.

About Megazarak's robot mode, the main problem I have now is the fact that the serpent's body is waaaaayyy too long and it's also very narrow in comparison to its lenght, so the transformation pattern becomes a pain to design
The idea I had in this design was that the snake split into two parts, the fron body and the tail, the fron body split at the head and neck to form the arms and shoulders (I put the two halves of the head as hands to make it look more original, after all, there're several guys that have both of their hands to become else a head or a tail of a beast, like BW Megatron, Energon Divebomb or Galaxy Force Undermine).
The chest is formed mainly for four pairs of plates that are placed at the sides of the former body to make it wider.
The back part of the snake's front section splits into two parts as well to make the legs, which have moved plates as well to make them wider in the lower legs.
Finally the serpent's tail attaches to the robot's back to turn into its tail.
Now that I think it better, I could come with a better transformation pattern that won't be such a pain as I though, when I draw it I'll post it here ^_^
