Can someone tell me what they used to color the Megatron pics by Shin...How do they get the glowing eye effect? Thats soooooooo cool =P~

Megatron as a simple komodo dragon witch at his size would be an actual dragon. I have a concept sketch but am not used to drawing robots and don't want to embarrass myself.
