Following on from our earlier report, Pascal of Cybertron.ca has posted a Youtube Video of Transformers: Animated Megatron's Transformation Sequence.

The video runs for just over 3 minutes, and shows the Transformation from Alt mode to Robot mode, as well as Megatron's articulation abilities.

Seibertron's own Lawson has informed us that comicscontinuum.com have posted the February schedule for the Transformers: Animated series.

Airing on February 5th 2008 will be the previously skipped Episode #5 : "Total Meltdown".

Following "Total Meltdown" will be the episodes:

"Blast from the Past" on Saturday, February 16th.
and
"Along came a Spider" on Saturday, February 23rd.

CNN has posted a video clip called "2008 Toy Trends" in which a Hasbro representative reveals some of the new Hasbro toys for 2008, which includes some new items not seen before, including a new handheld game as a quick glimpse at a new Transformers Animated Megatron figure, presumably his earth mode which, according to previous reports, is some sort of V-22 Osprey-like helicopter.

Seibertron's own Black Bumblebee has alerted us to the fact that "War Within Animated" Episode #1 has been finished and is now available for download from tfcog.com.

For those new to the project, it is an attempt to take a comic book series and "animate" it through use of photoshop and similar programs.

Black Bumblebee also notes that there is no set date for episode #2 as yet:

...and for those wondering when part two will come out, well, you may have to wait a while. These things take a "bit" of time...
