Not only is it bland with pretty much nothing happening, and a really dull colour scheme, but that robot is so obviously stock art of Jazz with bits chopped off and old car parts added on that it actually hurts to look at it...
Well if this is the quality IDW expect I shouldn't have as hard a time getting into the industry as I think ^^

This is what pisses me off about our technological age. It's made the younger generation so #$%@ing lazy and incapable of thinking of or imagining anything beyond what mainstream media spoon-feeds them. If it's slightly out of the norm it gets torn apart rather than any attempt being made of understanding why it's done a certain way, and the stupid part is that these same minds are the ones finding enjoyment in fictional giant alien robots. WTF???

Of course, it would be nice to see the new Hubcap in there as well. Or Electro and Volt.

Have you seen the art on other idw titles besides Transformers?
I can tell you, the art on that cover is above average from what you get in most of their other titles.
I wonder where he cut the humans out of, old school gangster movie(s), newspaper article or maybe even friends of his?
But still better than the photoshop mess that is the God of War comic
Oh and hi, nice to see you again!
